Agreement

By opening an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to invest in Canadian dollars from your country of residence.

Client accounts

Accounts are denominated in CAD. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your login.

Investment mandates

Each mandate is governed by the minimum, term, projected return and payout structure published at the time of allocation. Those terms remain fixed for the life of that allocation.

Funding and withdrawals

Funding is processed by our payment partner and credited only after settlement is confirmed. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our operations team and may be subject to a published processing fee.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account where we are unable to verify identity, where activity appears inconsistent with anti-money-laundering obligations, or where these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
